Welcome

My name is Rastislav Kuciak, executive manager of C.A.A.S., a company devoted to unusual managerial tasks. Often these are unique activities, or those calling for discretion – with which managers may have had little experience, or a lack of suitable employees or sufficient human resources. You can find more information on our various services in the Services section.

The quality and professionalism in the services we provide are my personal responsibility. For this reason I summarize my work experience here: for years I shared in shaping Slovak Telekom’s corporate strategy as a Senior Consultant, leading or cooperating on various company-wide projects. Key projects included strategic substantiation for the company’s entry into the IPTV market (the project which has become Magio), and arranging as project manager for the sell-off of part of the company (Rádiokomunikácie) at a value of over 100 mil. Eur. My career continued as an advisor to shareholders in Datalan, and now has culminated in founding my own firm of C.A.A.S.

Team: our objective is assisting managers in concluding a range of tasks. Therefore our team always consists of appropriate experts for the given mission.
